Problem with 42" Plasma Picture?

I had an incomplete answer. Someone please help me if they know what is wrong.

I have a Vizio P42HDE Plasma that I've been using for about 3 years. All of sudden two weeks ago some horizontal line bleed started showing up. In other words a multicolored horizontal line (only like 1 pixel vertical) goes across my screen (end to end) for just a fleeting moment, then disappears. In the begining 3 or 4 lines show up at the same time, now it is like 30. They are never in the same place and after the line leaves the pixels return to normal.

I've tried all input sources and the lines not only show with cable but DVD as well. Any theories?

Is this possibly a part that is replaceable and would anyone know what it could cost for parts/labor? Or am I better off junking it and buying another?

I did some searching for all the components in my TV, could it be the Logic Board, Buffer Scan Board (top, bottom, right, left), Buffer Logic (right, left), Y-Sustain Board, X-Sustain Board, Digital Video Board, or One of the Power Supply Boards?

Update:

Dude that's not what I asked. I'm well aware, but I'd rather pay $800 for a TV junk it in 3 years and pay $800 for another one that would have been better than the $2000 I would have dropped on a Samsung that wold failed in twice as long.
