On three occasions I found extra money in our checking account. It did not show a deposit. It just suddenly appeared in the balance. I thought it was a bank error, so I called about it. They said that my balance was correct. Then it disappeared about 4 days later. It happens about every 3 months, and it is always 80.00. My current bank doesnt keep the same daily ledger, like most banks. They go back and change it around to fit their paperwork, instead of carrieing down the balance as transactions occur. I use to keep books for atleast 5 different companies and never have seen this before.

Ok.....I paid for a service with my debit card. So the bank put that on hold. So then it came out of my AVAILABLE balance. So 3 days later when the actual charge cleared, they DID NOT USE the money they had on hold. They put the money against my AVAILABLE balance (which wasnt enough) so it bounced and it should not have.Statement even reflects this..... I found several web sites where this bank is doing this to people & they complain, but I have yet been able to find out who can help me. Yeah its only 35.00 but they have done this to me in the past, and I dont see why its fair for them to STEAL MY MONEY!! So if I pay my mortgage on line and it doesnt clear right away & goes on hold, lets say 400.00......I need to have atleast 800.00 just in case???? What is going on here???? I had my CPA look at it & she said the bank should fix it, NO PROBLEM. Problem, they say that the money wasnt available in my (now get this) AVAILABLE BALANCE......DUH!!! You had it on hold you MORONS!!!

We had a NEW system installed about 8 months ago. We just noticed that he ran the drain for the condensation straight down into the crawl space. Its a 10 Ser . . . . when questioned, he said that we didnt have enough condensation to matter if was ran outside or not. I have been waiting on him to call back to explain the water build up in my vents we just noticed tonight.

My Aunt has a guy who scammed her & alot of others out of ALOT of money. She has to get his current address to procede with the legal stuff. In the mean time, he still has his same number and can still be reached. So she calls his number and tries to tie up his business lines. His friends say he will get her for harassment. I say, let him sue you for harassment...atleast you can get his address! hehe Can she continue to call him??? Is it only harassment when a third party is making the calls?
