what happened to Adelaide?
Favorite Answer:Adelaide seems to be a mix of the creme de la creme and dregs of society.
The people who either won't or can't work, fall into the poorest suburbs and most don't seem to make their way out.
This began at the very foundation of Adelaide. The people originally drawn to the city were an eclectic bunch and most don't intermingle.
It truly is a city of class distinction. I think more so than any other Australian capital.

Selling a house. Market advice?
I live in Perth but have a large house in Noarlunga, SA. Im thinking of selling it now but my agent is advising to sell it end of September but Im worried the housing market will drop by September. What do you think the Adelaide market is doing. Should I sell now or wait till the warmer weather comes in and the COVID-19 is in the past.

Is it common to see chinese asians on nude beaches?
Favorite Answer:Nobody will pay the least bit of attention to anyone's nationality, ethnicity, or race at a nude beach. Naturists/nudists are 100% accepting of all races, appearances, body types, etc. If you get the opportunity to visit a nude beach, go and try being nude without fear. It's an amazing experience of overwhelming freedom and liberation, and within minutes you'll wonder why you ever had anything to be afraid of.

What kind of natural disaster could destroy Adelaide?
Favorite Answer:Very little could destroy the city itself but the outer suburbs are under threat from bushfires. It is not an earthquake zone, it doesn't get tropical cyclones, there are no nearby volcanoes (Mt Gambier would be the closest) and if the Torrens flooded, no-one would notice, it isn't very big. Probably the very worst they could get would be a tornado from a severe thunderstorm but to destroy the city you would need an F5 and Australia has not recorded a tornado more powerful than F3.
