unfortunately, they don't. even the main Sony Service Center in Balintawak won't know what to do with a PS3 because its technical specs are pretty alien to them. so if you're hoping for a Sony Service Center fix, ship it to Singapore.
there are gaming console stores like Brocherie (Festival Supermall Alabang), Cynet (SM San Lazaro), Eyo (Greenhills Shopping Center), and EStop (Greenhills Shopping Center) that do PS3 repairs but there's no guarantee that it'll be as good as new.
to avoid PS3's from breaking down, treat it like any expensive electronic device. use it in a well-ventilated room, don't over-use it, plug it to a very good voltage regulator, and turn it off or unplug it when it's not in use.
