Manila to Malolos transport?

I need to get from Manila airport to some miles outside Malolos. What would be the best way to do this?

    PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION THROUGH BUS

    1. From Manila Airport, there are buses along Ninoy Aquino Avenue that go straight to Cubao.

    2. From Cubao, get down at "Five Star" at Cubao. Just say to the conductor to stop the bus here.

    3. Find a bus that goes to "Malolos". There are lots of them here.

    PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION THROUGH TAXI

    1. From Manila Airport, walk some meters down the Airport, and hail a cab.

    2. Do not take a taxi from the Airport - they tend to be highly priced.

    an metered taxi would be the most convenient but fairly expensive. the next best thing would be to take a bus.
