Folding Motorcycles Revisited?

Due to obvious confusion on the part of several respondents, I will rephrase and provide additional information to my original question. I am looking for a website of manufacturers of small motorcycles that can be disassembled and placed into a large carrying bag. They are typically about 80cc and only slightly larger than a Moped. They are considered portable and usually used as a recreational vehicle for campers who haul them along to the campsite. Some are street legal, just as Mopeds might be.

These are used widely in Great Britain and Asia as fuel efficient transport for short distances. Their top end is about 40mph with an average sized person on them. I don't want to try to obtain one all the way from Europe, so I am asking if anyone knows of a USA distributor. They "fold" at the frame junction just in front of the engine, and they have a carry bag made especially for them. When folded, they are about the size of a folded up wheelchair. They are not pocket rockets or minicycles. I am told they weigh under a hundred pounds. In England, they go for about $1,400 or so if my monetary conversion is correct. Maybe this further explanation will help to locate the product.

Any help locating something like this in the US would be appreciated. I saw one at a rest stop, attached to the back of an RV, but the owners were obviously resting and I didn't want to disturb them.
