Why won't my headache won't go away?

The front of my head hurts. But I know it's not a migraine since migraines usually last for only a few seconds goes away but comes back again after a few minutes and it really hurts. But what I'm feeling is different, my head hurts in front but not the middle front, it's the left and the right part of the front of my head. It hurts, but it's milder than a migraine & the pain doesn't go away, until now. I also feel a bit dizzy especially when I stand up, I feel like throwing up a bit & my head feels heavy. I haven't taken in anything aside from water, lunch and a bag of chips & just cried for about 2 hours, but I'm really fat. I weigh about 170lbs and I'm 5"5'.

What is this that I'm feeling?

& is that the cause or are there any other causes?

& can you also tell me how to get rid of this?

It really hurts.

Update:

& btw, I'm already wearing glasses. I've been wearing them for about 8 years now so I don't think that it's due to my eyesight. But thanks for pointing that out!

Also, this is my first time getting this kind of headache. It's really annoying, I can't sleep.

Update 2:

I'm also 18 years old & female.

You may have sinusitis, which can cause nausea in addition to constant dull headaches. It's a good idea to see a doctor, have some blood work & a sinus XRAY if she/he feels it necessary. Sometimes this occurs so far back in the sinuses there is no discharge. An antibiotic and/or nasal decongestant may be all that you need. There is no reason to go on like this!!

i dont really no much about things like this but my sister had really bad headaches and she went to the hospital and they said it might be something to do with eyesight.. she could see fine but it really hurt and turns out she did need glasses. so either way try having an eye test. see if it helps :D and not in any rude way but like you mentioned maybe it could be due to weight?? but i think you should get an eye test if you havent already :D!!!! Hope you get better soon :D
