    Just being said in the news.

    "The orders dated Feb. 4, 2010 and July 23, 2010 of public respondent court [Manila RTC Branch 18] finding probable cause for the issuance of warrants of arrest against petitioner [Lacson] are nullified and set aside. The information's in Criminal Cases Nos. 10272905 and 10272906 are hereby dismissed," said the CA.

    This is the reference;

    This is really one thing that is hard to assume but the case didn't pass in the natural process, besides there are so many questions that must be raised in some people's minds, because the authorities itself knows where Lacson is hiding, only they don't have the urge to catch him because they are afraid if we speak about their security.

    Only the CA knows what's happening beyond the back of this decision, but maybe the CA has the right to dismiss it because previous administration take Lacson personally without doubt.

    GOD knows who did it, it's really hard for us to assume but for sure, Lacson minds are busy thinking how can he handle things accordingly, especially his conscience related on said matter.

    Good luck

    It's about time. The arrest warrant was nullified, and so does not exist, regardless of the rest of the case.

    AS usual. The rich and influencial people in the Philippines are untouchables.

    smells fishy. i mean what else smells less fishier in this government, ironically a new one which professed a crusade against the previous order? yes, it was an executive dept's maneuver to a compliant (independent) court to free a political supporter.
