Girls, suggestions... Fast!!!?

Question

Okay, now I need some suggestions on what I should do in this awkward situation now.
Its like a game now with one of my classmate. She stares at me(always), and i at her(sometimes). We have eye contact and she never looks shy. But the problem is when i try to talk to her, she tries to make it short, seems nerbous, blushes, avoids eye contact, does awkward facial expression(shyness),tries to hide her face. Now tell me what's thissss??
I have talked with her only three times.
I will see her twice this week and then we'll have a four week college vacation. I want her to be normal with me within these two meeting to get her cell num. 
Please girls,, tell what happened to her and what should i do now.

I would just start off giving her a compliment.  Tell her that she has really beautiful eyes or something, if you've been staring at her, there's got to be something you can compliment her on.  Then introduce yourself if you haven't already.  Just straight up ask her if she wants to go out sometime.  Tell her you think she's really pretty and you'd like to get to know her better.  Be a gentleman though...

She defiantly likes you; the blushing and shyness are part of the signs. I read the other question, and you must have offended her. Apologize to her(trust me, it'll make her feel so much better.) and try to make her feel comfortable around you by talking to her.

awww just seems like a case of hard to get ask her for her # or wat she likes to do let her know that your inerested if u are?  ask her on a date dont just sit there and stare all day lol open up a lil bit and maybe she will too
