Cooking with "Turbo Broilers". Anyone have special recipies for Holy Week ?
I finally bought a turbo oven. It's great for Roasted Manok, but having difficulty finding recipes. Do you have any special recipes to share for Holy Week or know a good website for them ?

I normally and quite simply marinade the chicken for at least 4 hours, using a mixture of oil, toyo, calamansi and spices and herbs (your choice).
