Depends largely from the employer as such a job can really make a difference. I'd say generally 6-8k peso's a month. Some start out at 4-5k and could be stuck their a long time. Others may make a sliver more. lower managers can make maybe 9-12k a month.

Only standard job you'll make more then 20k a month is teaching really. Teachers make 20-30k a month Most others top out in management positions at under 15k a month.

Of course there are a few skilled jobs that can pay very nicely but those are hard to come by and not your average type of work. A friend sells pharmaceuticals for his corporate employer to many many pharmacies and his salary is 60k a month plus bonus's. But getting there takes special skills few have.

According to all above the highest nominated rate is an HR Manager at P45000 a month. That is 1000 dollars. I knew the wages there were low but that is ridiculous. Some say around 12 -15 thousand--a MONTH? And here was me thinking Slavery had been abolished !

My nephew who is 24 years old is an HR employee of a big hotel in Manila and he receives P12,000 a month salary.

When I was in the Philippines in 2000 the first time my family decided to stay for good which didn't work out in the end due to some obstacles, I presented myself in one of those hotels close to the airport, i don't remember exactly anymore it's name, maybe mercure hotel something like that. Having the required experience in hotel trade as I managed the floors staff here in Europe those days I applied for the position of General governess or in the HR department, they offered me 20,000 pesos full experienced I ask 30, refused so I gather that's the amount they can offer you as well, for me for my position too small compare to our currency.

If you are lucky you may get 4000 php per month. The other answers are very wrong and the math is wrong.

IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY . MY FRIEND MAKES ABOUT 1,000 PESOS A MONTH . TO FIGURE IT OUT .. 43 PESOS MAKE UP 1 U S DOLLAR . SO 1,000 X 43 = 43,000 PESOS A MONTH ... HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL ..
