Is this fair yes or no?
Is it fair that because US Courts refuses to recognize Saudi custody decree, because Saudi Sharia law is inconsistent with American public policy, children that are born in Saudi Arabia to American mother and Saudi father are not allowed to visit the USA (leave Saudi Arabia) before child custody ends at age 18? That is what International divorce lawyers tell Saudi Arabia men.

Fascinating. Thanks for sharing. What is your interest in custody when one parent is American and the other is not, and the non-American parent takes the child out of the country?
American mothers are IDIOTS if they can't figure out they have no rights in Saudi Arabia. If you have a problem with Saudi law, contact the Saudi government. As far as I know, the Saudi government doesn't read Yahoo.
If that's what International divorce lawyers (plural) tell people, well, I guess it's true.
Is it fair? Yes. No American woman leave the US and moves to Saudi Arabia with the thought, "Well, I think I'll have a child and go back to the US."

because the child is actually Saudi by father and subject to the laws of its host country it is residing in

It has been well know for decades, even documented in books and movies, that a U.S. women, or any woman for that matter, has pretty much zero rights in Saudi. A U.S. woman who moves to Saudi is out of her mind. I've lived in an Islamic country.
