Cheapest places for American expats?

The absoIute cheapest is hard to know.. but there are pIenty of cheap pIaces. If you go to South Asia, the MiddIe East, or Southeast Asia, basicaIIy everyone who's not poor has servants since they're cheap so if you want a driver, housekeepers, nanny, etc, then go somewhere like lndia, the Philippines, or Abu Dhabi (aIthough everything eIse there is kind of expensive). l've had friends who Iived in China and they said everything was dirt cheap if you're converting from American doIIars, incIuding food, aIcohoI, eIectronics, restaurants, etc. You couId be Iiving Iarge somewhere Iike VenezueIa right now too. You couId have a nice house on the beach in Costa Rica for a Iot cheaper than in the US.

This is interesting what gives the government the sovereign authority on who can or can't have a relationship with an agent? Especially if they aren't the prime target. This is more of that white boy Rick bs. 14 year old informant? 18, 30 years? Like really wtf?

The issue is SAFETY. Cheap means problems with safety. Islands are expensive too. Costa Rica...central America...meh. Some south American countries.
