What could the problem be ? ?

I have a 2006 or 2007 Chrysler 300 not sure on the year exactly but it won’t start a guy sprayed starting fluid on it and it started as soon as he stopped it shut back off. And my battery keeps dying.

    Out of gas?

    Water in gas tank?

    Fuel pump not working?

    Plugged fuel filter?

    Fuel pressure regulator problem?

You seem to have no fuel.

Start with a fuel pressure test gauge on the fuel pressure test port on the fuel rail.

You don't need to crank the engine, just turn the ignition switch on.

You've clearly run your battery down by excessive cranking.  Put a 10 amp charger on the battery for 6 to 12 hours to get it back into shape before checking for fuel pump pressure.

A less likely circumstance, but still possible is the fuel injector fuse blew or the +12 volt supply to the injectors is open (broken wire or corroded connector).

those are always needing fuel pumps, theres an access pannel under the rear seat to get to it. If you choose to use a factory fuel pump its been updated and you will have to wire in a new pigtail.

You need a new battery and a fuel pump.

Seems you have 2 problems.  A lack of fuel getting to the cylinders and a dead or dying battery.  The battery problem could be from trying too hard to start the fuel starved engine too often,  or might be a completely separate issue.

You will need  to test that the fuel pump is working , and that the injectors are working .  A well charged battery will help.

The problem is it is not getting fuel - why - a myriad of answers that could only be wild assguesses. You will need to have it diagnosed at a shop - you aren't going to fix it on your own if you nee to ask this question.

Battery keeps dying because it isn't being recharged because it doesn't start and uses a LOT of juice to attempt to start it. That you can fix. Go buy a battery charger and hook it up according to directions and recharge the battery.
