Cramping in most of left arm? Is it growing pains or smth serious?
No pain or numbness as far as i can tell, just cramping in elbow and upper muscle, left arm only. if it means anything im 15 y/o female, ive had chest cramps as well under the left breast, again not painful just cramping.

Talk to your doctor about this. No one can diagnose this and since you are talking about things that could ultimately be serious, this is your best thing to do. Tell your parent right now, and then call your doctor.
Do not consider things like this "growing pains". That was considered out-dated words and certainly would not apply in this case.
