  • NFL draft question?

simple question here. if a player gets picked in the drat does he have to play for that team?? Can he turn down that team if favor of another (assuming he gets picked again)? or is it once a player has declared for the draft and he is picked... thats it.. he works for the team that picked him?

  • losing weight? how fast?

I'd like to know if trying to lose 40 lbs in 3 months is a realistic goal. I have never had to lose this much in my life (damn office job) and now that I am prepping for a career change I need to get in major shape as fast as possible.

I know that working out and changing my diet is important, but how fast can a person lose this kind of weight without resorting to some kind of drug or medication??

  • should I change careers??

So in the last few months I have grown to dislike what I do for a living... not where I work.. just what I do. I am tired of siting in an office working on a damn computer doing CAD work all day.. it's boring, mind numbing and I feel like my spirit is slowly being crushed. I was thinking of a major change... maybe to firefighting, or something of that nature.. underwater wielding. something NOT in an office 10 hours a day.

    advice??

  • Good new Job... but I hate where I live.. should I start thinking about moving?

So after being out of work for a month I landed a great new position in the Irvine area. New job is great... but the new commute stinks. it wouldn't be all that bad if I liked Southern California.... but I don't. in the last 2 years I have come to hate this place... I mean really, truly loath it. I want to move to a less crowed area with nicer people (less traffic would also be a plus)... only trouble is all my family/friends are here. So should I just save up some money and just leave? or should I try to stick it out another year or two and then see how things have changed ?
