I work at Jets Pizza, and while it's a nice environment, I feel so stupid at work every single day. Everyone else always seems busy and like they know what to do and when to do it, and I don't. When the phones aren't ringing I just kind of stand around and ask my coworkers if they want help with something. the only time I know what to do is when a manager tells me. what should I do?

Also, I can't make the pizzas, that's what the managers/older workers do.

With a B.A. degree in neuroscience, is it better to go on to med school or go to grad school for a PhD? Both are challenging so I'm not asking what is easier, but what is the best route to take?

Also, what are career options if I just stay at a B.A.? I plan to further my education but if that doesnt work I'll need a plan B. What's the difference between a research specialist and a research assistant? Salaries?

my hair was a medium brown naturally and I decided I wanted to go blonde. however, when I dyed it, of course it turned to a terrible orangy and brassy color. I really don't want to bleach it but I still want to go blonde .. I tried using toners but they just don't get rid of all the orangeness. Now, if I were to use the same dye I used before and re dye it over this orange mess, would it work to turn it blonde? Or at least a pale yellow? I don't know if this makes sense but as long as I use the same hair dye and keep re dying it over, wouldn't I eventually achieve the blonde I want? Thanks.

This sounds like a really stupid question, but I seriously do not know. I just made an instagram today. :P how often should you post something? Like with twitter, it's good to post a lot and frequently. With Facebook, eh, every once in a while or people will get annoyed. So what about instagram? Like a couple a day? I'm not sure, help?(:

I just bought this new heat protectant. However, I didn't realize that it says to spray on damp hair prior to styling.. I usually take my showers at night time so the hair dries overnight to save time in the mornings. If I put the spray in at night after I shower, will the effects still work in the morning?

My weight just keeps decreasing and decreasing.. Last year, around this time, I was 105 pounds. Now I'm only 85. I'm fourteen, and at a time when I should be growing, I've lost twenty pounds so far. I don't understand how this is happening. I'm not anorexic nor bullemic. I am constantly eating (a well balanced, healthy diet) and yet I just keep steadily going down in weight... why? I am really confused and even more so frustrated. I'm pretty healthy and rarely get sick. So I don't understand it. If you want you could leave your email to get more in depth, but if not, at least try to answer. :/ I could really use the help.

Hiya! Well I'm fourteen years old, about five foot two, and weigh 85 pounds. Is that too skinny? I guess I've just been trying to figure out if I'm anorexic.. I don't feel like I am, but everyone always says I look like it. I don't think I'm fat, but I definitely don't feel like I'm too skinny either.. And I don't starve myself. I eat when I'm hungry; I feel like I'm constantly eating, yet everyone else says I don't eat enough. Sooo my thoughts and other people's thoughts are just conflicting. So I'm asking for your thought. Do you think I'm anorexic?

So I kind of got myself into this situation.. long story short, I need a number that I can text on the spot, and it'll text me back pretending to be my boyfriend. Is there anything like this? I need help, and fast.:o thanks.

I'm on the honor society at my school, and to stay on it we need to have at least 25 hours of community service by the end of the year. What or where are some ways or places that I could get service hours from? (I know that helping out at school events and fundraisers is going to be a big one, but we are only allowed to get 10 hours from school, so I need other places.) THANK YOU! (:

I'm looking for some new, different types of books to read. I am very fascinated with the human brain and how different people think, in fact I hope to become a psychologist when I finish school. I would really love to read something from the viewpoint of someone living with a mental disorder. Or a book from the viewpoint of a psychopath, or even a sociopath, would be welcomed as well. So I have a reeally weird problem with my sleeping. In a nutshell; for one week or so I will sleep like crazy. About 12 hours a day at LEAST. Then, a few weeks later, I can't sleep at all for about a week! As of right now, I haven't slept for the past 3 nights. And it's weird because I don't even feel tired. Sometimes however, I do feel a rush of being tired, and sometimes I'll even see hallucinations. This feeling only lasts for less than 10 minutes, and happens usually every few hours..

So I'd really like to know whats going on. I've had this problem for a year, but its been bad lately. Btw, I've tried evening out my sleep times so it's not so crazy like this, but it doesn't work. I've considered that it may be a bad case of insomnia, but due to the weird pattern I'm doubting it. My friend said that this happens to people who are bi-polar. But, I don't think I am. I've never had any other sort of problem really besides this..

So am I just bi-polar, why else could this be happening, and how do I fix it?

Like on a date out to dinner. I've noticed most girls will just get something really small like a salad. But I've always been that girl that actually EATS. It's not like I order everything on the menu, I just get what I feel like eating and I eat it like a true woman.:D Also, I'm NOOT fat either. I have a reeeally fast metabolism so I could eat like a pig and stay thin.:P

So, do you think it is more attractive when a girl eats barely anything, or eats a lot? Just curious to see your opinions(:

I mean I love my boyfriend to death but people are always asking me, "How do you get away with cheating so much?" I've never kissed or had sex with another guyy..! I guess I just flirt a lot.:p Like I'll flirt a little bit, hold hands with my good guy friends, hug, and call them sexy and stuff like that haha. But I'm just either being friendly and funny or kidding. I never thought that was cheating.? I love my boyfriend and my boyfriend only. Also, he is the same why around other girls and I'm completely okay with it. We have enough trust and respect in our relationship to never go too far with it. Btw, we are both seniors in high school and have been together for almost two years.<3

So, do you think I technically "cheated" on him? And just in your own opinion, what do YOU consider cheating?(:

Everytime I upload a picture it goes straight to the "mobile uploads" album. I have a fairly large amount of pictures and I want them to be categorized: School trips, summer, friends, partes, etc.. So can I create and move pictures to a seperate album from my phone? (I don't have a really fancy phone like an iPhone or anything, I only have a Samsung Impression, if that matters) And I rarely go on facebook from a computer just because I'm on my phone most of the time. So how can I create and album from my cell phone?

So I'm going to be spending most of tomorrow at the beach with my friends, but I just got my period today.! And I know some of you will say that you actually can go swimming without a tampon while you're on your period, but they aren't an option. My mother won't let me use them, and I'm not going to see her until after so I can't ask again. The swimming part isn't the issue, it's the fact that we are going to be in our bathing suits for the whole time!:o What should I do?

Well first of all, the three headed blue pig told me to warn everyone I know about evil zombies coming to kill us all, so I told the toaster right away! And now the toaster is telling me that my arm is only a piece of celery! So I put some peanut butter on it and tried eating it, but right then and there my friend turned into a giant toothbrush and started doing the dougie. Why did this happen and how do I change him back.!

So before braces my teeth were crooked and stuff but not extremely. Also I had a small overbite but nothing major. Now, I've had my braces on for a little over 2 monthes, and my teeth look HORRIBLE!!! They are super crooked on the top and don't line up. Also I have a HUGEEE overbite! It seems to have come out of nowhere.. It looks really bad. I can stick my whole finger through the difference of the top and bottom teeth. It was never even close to this bad! Is this normal or did they mess up..? I'm really confused and hate looking at my teeth now. They look so stupid and are basically sticking out because of the crazy overbite. :'( Please help me figure this out? Thaanks.
