  • Wacom Intuos Pen & Touch (small) or Intuos Manga?

I'd like to know the difference between these two. I currently have a Bamboo Pen, but the pen is broken and I don't want to spend the money on buying a new pen for an old model. I'd rather get a completely new one, and seeing as these two are the same price, which one would be best?

I don't draw any manga, but I am interested in experimenting with the style. Would the Intuos Manga be too specialized for me?

  • How much does the average silver (and other) fox pelt cost?

I'm interested in soft-mounting, but I've no idea where to start. I've looked at various sites and most of the silver fox pelts start around $130. Can someone point me in the right direction?

  • Sore/dry/tired/burning eyes; spinning to the left; rocking sensation; headaches?

I've had this for around 3 to 4 months now, and I'm getting really tired of it. It's worse whenever I look at a computer, television, or any other monitor - I can't use digital phones either, it completely wrecks my head. It started when I overdosed on the laptop, but now I can't look at any screen without feeling awful. I'm going to try acupuncture, and hopefully it'll help, but in the meantime - any ideas?

  • What is the Mongolian word for "black"?

According to this site (http://www.omniglot.com/language/colours/) the Mongolian word for "black" is "xar" ("xap"). Is this true?

  • What should I feed a moth?

I found a larvae, identified it to be an Angle Shades moth, fed it, watched it pupate and discovered it had emerged. I am currently feeding it sugary water on a ball of cotton wool, but is this enough? Is there anything better? A better formula, even?

  • Information about the word "akarui"?

I've heard this word is Japanese and means "bright/radiant/shining", but I'd like to know a little more about this word than this.

By "bright" does it mean literally bright (as in the sun), intelligent, or cheerful? Can it be used as a name? Is it pronounced "a-ka-roo-ee"? Anything else?

  • My laptop shuts off whenever I'm playing a game?

This has happened only recently, and it only occurs when I'm playing a game (for example, Skyrim). I can be playing for 5 minutes or so and the laptop just cuts off, as if it has no power, and it cannot be turned on immediately after shutting off either. I have to wait around 2-3 minutes.

Is something wrong with the fan and it has to cut itself off to prevent damage? Or is this something else?

  • What to do after a moth caterpillar pupates?

I had a moth caterpillar (Angle Shades) which has now pupated under a pile of nettles and wood chip. What do I do for it now? It's made a little den of silk covering it's pupated body (with a little room to spare) and I was wondering if it will be able to get out of that 'tent' of silk when it emerges, which should be two to three weeks (apparently). What do I do after it has?

  • Help with identifying a caterpillar?

I found a caterpillar in my garden in East Anglia (UK) and it closely resembles this one - it is virtually identical.

    http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3482/3289057524_26d...

Am I right in saying it's a brown Angle Shades caterpillar? I have seen those moths around in the area, so I'm quite certain it is. I just need someone to clarify.

  • What is a TCO99 monitor?

I've been recommended getting a TCO99 monitor to help with my dizziness, but I'm not knowledgeable about them. Could someone explain to me what they are and what they do? Also, what is the best one for graphics (the most up-to-date, I suppose)?

  • My head feels as if it's spinning?

I've had this issue before, but it's different this time - worse. I've been very stressed with work and other problems in the passed few days. It started with everything I try to imagine (characters, for example) spinning. Their heads spin, bodies, even parts of legs as if they're some sort of rag doll (odd, I know). Not only that, but I get sensations that make my head and eyes feel as if they're spinning or being slowly moved to the left or right, but the imagination part is worse. I try to physically pin something down to stop it from moving, and that usually works if I'm mimicking the action with my hands, but if I'm not it's very difficult to stop it from moving. I have to tense parts of my body to get a hold on something - it makes me feel dizzy.

I think it's the stress that's causing it, but is there any more advice anyone can give me? I'm worried that it won't go away, although I'm trying to convince myself that it will.

  • I need a name (with a meaning) for two characters?

I've been looking all over, but I cannot seem to find any names that suit these two characters I've created.

The first (and most important) is rather dark - she's quite emotionless, cold, sadistic and is very able to conceal herself in the shadows, along with being able to move at a breakneck speed and strike at such paces too (assassin-like). Her design is based on a bird, so any names to do with avian-related things will be taken into consideration too (flight, wings, feathers, air, sky...).

The second character could be described as the first's companion or 'pet'. This time it isn't just based around a bird, it /is/ a bird (a large, phoenix-like bird). It doesn't have much of a personality, so its name should probably be based around its appearance. It is black and white, although it has a shadowy, rather mystical appearance and so can be seen as a 'walking shadow'.

If anyone can assist me in this, I'd be grateful, but if not, I'll probably have to resort to creating a name without a meaning.

  • Why're my lips purple?

They aren't completely purple, but it happened a couple of weeks ago (I first noticed it after I ate some grapes which I don't usually have, so I just thought it was some staining). I often bite my lips so I thought it could be bruising, but would bruising last this long? They don't hurt when I press them either.

Any ideas? I don't feel particularly different (apart from the fact that I caught a cold two days ago). I'll answer any questions by e-mail if needed.

  • Why can't I do the quest after 'First Lessons' in Skyrim?

Apparently, after the quest 'First Lessons' in the College of Winterhold, you should be able to immediately do the 'Under Saarthal' quest. I didn't get this - is there any way to fix this? A code to start the quest, perhaps?

  • How to fix stuttering in Skyrim?

Over around two weeks I've been playing Skyrim a lot, and recently. I've noticed that I stutter quite often. By 'stuttering' I mean that my camera stops moving for a split second, goes back to normal, stutters and so forth (around every second), especially when running. The stuttering interrupts dialogue too, and it's getting irritating. Is there any way to fix this?

  • I can't find Brelyna Maryon in Skyrim?

I think I may have some sort of glitch with the College of Winterhold. I completed the 'First Lessons' quest and did one job for another member of the college, but there's nothing else for me to do after that. I also couldn't complete the 'Visit the College of Winterhold' quest, so I had to use a code to do that, and I haven't had a tour, I don't believe.

I had to visit the college for the main quest, if that helps.

  • How do I zoom out on Skyrim (laptop)?

When I reverted back to a person after being a werewolf, my camera seems to have zoomed in a little (I'm on third person, obviously) and it's getting irritating. Does anyone know of a way to zoom out with a touchpad? I've tried using two fingers, and that doesn't work. I can plug in a mouse if needed.

  • How do I leave the Thieves Guild in Skyrim?

I didn't wish to join the guild, but I somehow got entangled with doing so. However, I discovered that you can eventually obtain the Nightingale armour (which I'd like) so I've decided to stick with their quests for now. Is there a way to leave the guild (I'd do it after getting the armour, obviously).

  • Is there a way not to kill Paarthurnax on Skyrim?

I've just been given the 'Paarthurnax' quest by Delphine (telling me to kill Paarthurnax, obviously) and I do /not/ want to kill him. Is there a way to avoid killing him without the quest remaining incomplete for eternity?

  • My horse disappeared after a dragon attacked in Skyrim?

A dragon attacked in Riverwood just as I was about to set off on a quest, so I had to dismount. When I'd killed the dragon I went back for my horse, but she was nowhere to be found. Did she wander off? Was she killed (I saw no carcass)? Is there some sort of glitch involving horses and dragons?

I'll perhaps visit the stables where I purchased the horse, but I really don't want to have to buy another. I've only ridden her once.
