After disconnecting and reconnecting the neg. battery term. on my 1997 Subaru Outback Legacy to reset my car's computer, the front and rear blinker lights turn on and off continually.

Why is this happening and what can I do to end this continual blinking?

I needed to reset the computer because the check engine light was continually on and after putting sea foam in the gas tank the check engine light does not come on! Just the rear tail and brake lights and the front turn lights along with all the dash lights turning on and off continually.

How do I take care of this new problem???

the tab in lower right area of the screen says "local only" so I am not able to e-mail,etc. I used to disconnect and reconnect and that would take care of things but anymore I have to totally reboot my computer.

What is going on?

I have an HP Pavillion dv6000 Laptop and I cannot get my wireless internet to play streaming images on to my TV. A friend came over and plugged his laptop into my Tv and no problem. I have a dish sling adaptor at home and play the TV on my computer but would like the larger screen image on TV. I actually get my startup screen from my laptop to appear on TV and even my wallpaper but no live streams. What steps must I take to get this to happen?!?!

I want to add a can of "Sea Foam" to my fuel. It cleans deposits off of metal parts and should help in emissions and performance. I would like to know if I should wait and change my filter after I run this additive through a tank full of gas or before.

I have purchased insurance already and have a clear title and registration for the vehicle. What if I don't purchase a green sticker and get stopped for a traffic infraction? I understand to take a car temporarily into Mexico you need to buy a sticker for around $300.00 then when you return to the U.S. you turn the sticker back in and get your money back. I have a 1995 car and wish to leave it. What do I pay on the car which is valued at $2,000.00 when I bring it into Mexico? Also, if I tow it, does the registration need to be current? It just expired this year and I don't want to get the emmisson test and new registration if I don't have to. I know it can expire while down in Mexico.

When the key is turned on I have no lights, no gauges, no ignition, no nothing.

I checked all the fuses on the panel and they appear to be ok.

Is there an inline fuse that could be the culprit or is it something else?

There is something keeping the motor from running. When it hums for a short time the breaker will trip. There is something mechanically jamming the machine or perhaps a fuse to a location? It gives a burnt smell (electrical) before the breaker trips.

I was told by someone that when transporting household goods into Mexico that I need to stop at the boarder and see a customs broker that I pay hundreds of dollars to and they unload and verify everything in my van and load it back up and then I proceed to the boarder crossing and they may ask me to unload and load all over again depending on the way they feel. Others say you don't need to have a broker verify everything - just have the consulate stamp on your entire list and present it to the boarder agent. Duty will not need to be paid on used items but I plan to have some new items and duty will have to be paid on these, right?

Specifically, I would like to know when at the border, if you need to use a customs broker before you see the actual customs agent. I will have the stamp from the consulate of my state already. Also, no duty is paid for items at least 6 months old, right? Do they have to be used or is a receipt showing at least 6 months old enough? Any other tips you can tell me about??

I understand there is no duty on what I bring into Mexico for furnishing my own residence. True?
